Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available during certain promotions based on the purchase value. The qualifying Free Shipping is limited to one exchange per item.

Orders shipped to other countries (except Canada and Puerto Rico) are considered FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for paying the shipment of returned item(s) unless we have made a mistake on our end.

Style Mavens is not responsible for shipments processed through third parties that get lost or stolen, nor is Style Mavens responsible for mistaken addresses provided.

Please be aware that shipping days and delivery are estimated based on weekdays and non-holiday days.

International Shipping Rates

We ship to many countries outside the United States of America. To learn more about whether we ship to your country and to get estimates, please enter your address at checkout so the system can generate an actual time estimate for shipping rates if the country of destination is available for shipment.

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipment of the returned item when a mistake has been made by the client.

If a package sent out with a wrong delivery address provided by the client is returned to Style Mavens, a new shipment must be paid by the customer once the corrected address is provided.
